**Job Title:** Workday HCM Advisor IV
**Location:** Remote in Canada
Our client is seeking a Workday HCM Advisor IV to join their team. As a Workday HCM Advisor IV, you will be part of the HR Data & Technology Support team supporting HR operations and projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
+ Provide data-focused functional expertise for HR operations and projects within Workday HCM modules.
+ Collaborate with business partners and technical teams to gather requirements, design, configure, test, and implement data solutions.
+ Develop and execute EIBs, build custom fields, and reports to facilitate data configuration, validation, and mass loads.
+ Support HR in maintaining data consistency, standardization, and sharing best practices across the organization.
+ Review, test, and implement bi-annual Workday releases, analyzing impacts and suggesting new features based on business needs.
**Qualifications:**
+ Related University Degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
+ 4+ years of experience working with Workday modules such as Recruiting, HCM, Compensation, or Learning.
+ Experience with data conversion, transformation, and EIBs in Workday is highly valued.
+ Proficiency with data tools like Excel, Power BI, and Power Query is an asset.
+ Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to build positive relationships and work independently or as part of a team.
