CTG is seeking to fill a Workday Extend Solutions Architect position for our client. Location: New York, NY Duration: 5 months Duties: Design, build, and deploy Workday Extend applications to deliver custom business solutions on the Workday platform. Define enterprise architecture standards and design scalable, secure solutions using Workday Extend, Workday Canvas, Orchestrate, and APIs. Architect and implement integrations between Extend applications, core Workday HCM and Financials, and external systems. Govern data models, security frameworks, API usage, and the full Extend application lifecycle. Provide architectural oversight to ensure solutions align with enterprise technology roadmaps and Workday best practices. Partner with business stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to guide solution design and resolve complex architectural challenges. Skills: Deep expertise in Workday Extend, including application design, development, and deployment. Strong knowledge of integrations, API design, cloud architecture, and security models. Experience with Workday Canvas, Orchestrate, and Workday integration frameworks. Proven technical leadership with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience: 7+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture or solution architecture roles. 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Workday Extend solutions. Demonstrated experience leading architecture design in complex, integrated enterprise environments. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
