In this role you should expect to be client facing working with the team to gather and analyze customer business and technical requirements and support the HCM Core AMS team in different areas such as HCM, Benefits, Reporting or Compensation modules on post go-live projects.Design, build, and test solutions across different product platformsApply Workday’s methodology on customer project teams to help customers achieve a high degree of success and satisfactionApply various Workday technologies and techniques to a wide variety of projectsCoordinate, troubleshoot and manage system integration issues to resolutionPartner with customers to assess the scope of the request and determine estimated timeframe needed to complete.Work with customers to identify and resolve all issues that could impact project/issue resolution timeframeEnsure customer business requirements are clearly defined, documented, communicated, implemented and tested for all assigned projects and/or tickets for resolutionConsult with customers on a variety of data integrity issues

What you need to have: 

+1 year of hands-on experience as a Technical and/or Functional Workday Consultant.Workday configuration and troubleshooting experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively interact with colleagues and clients at all levels in English.Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaborationExcellent organizational and presentation skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent preferredStrong consultancy skills

What makes you stand out?

Workday Lead experience with AMS services is a plus.Workday HCM Certified, strongly preferred but not required.Consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm or large Enterprise.Knowledge or experience in Oracle or other ERP is nice to have.Large Enterprise experience is desired
