**Job Title: Workday Accounting Center Consultant** **Location: Chicago, IL(Remote)** **Duration: 8+ Months Contract** **Job Description:** **Overview** **:** **We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Accounting Center (WAC) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday Financials, with specific expertise in implementing and supporting Workday Accounting Center. You will collaborate with clients to streamline financial data management processes, enabling real-time insights and accurate financial reporting.** **Key Responsibilities:** **Lead or support the implementation and configuration of Workday Accounting Center for clients across various industries.** **Analyze client financial data management processes to design and recommend Workday solutions.** **Configure and maintain Workday Accounting Center to manage large volumes of financial data from external systems.** **Provide expertise in Workday Financial Data Model (FDM) configuration, data ingestion, and transformation.** **Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and third-party vendors, to ensure seamless integration.** **Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for end-users.** **Develop reports, dashboards, and data validation tools to provide actionable financial insights.** **Troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements as needed.** **Provide post-go-live support, including monitoring, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization.** **Qualifications:** **Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.** **3+ years of experience with Workday Financials, including Workday Accounting Center.** **Strong understanding of financial data management, accounting processes, and data transformation.** **Experience with data ingestion tools, financial reporting, and Workday integrations.** **Workday certification in Accounting Center or Financials (preferred).** **Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.** **Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.** **Preferred Skills:** **Familiarity with third-party financial systems and external data sources.** **Experience in large-scale Workday implementations or data migration projects.** **Knowledge of Workday Prism Analytics and reporting tools.** **Strong project management and client management experience.** ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
