Responsibilities + Supervises Work Control operations as they monitor compliance for O&M work order response and completion time requirements. + Performs trend analysis on corrective and preventive maintenance work requests. + Tracks issues with scheduling directives, and standards driven by Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS). Provides Work Control support to O&M, Projects, Family Housing and Transportation Departments as well as contingency maintenance missions as required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS). + Respond to inquiries, identify problems and provide advice, assistance and or resolution to other Program Departments on work order management, providing reports as required. Inputs, processes and distributes all work maintenance request forms to appropriate maintenance facilities. + Coaches staff for training and continuous improvement + Provides guidance and assistance to Work Control personnel in accomplishing assigned duties and responsibilities. + Provide expertise on Work and Asset Management best practices + Prepares work scheduling, monitors overtime, and verifies accuracy of Work Control employee timecards + Implement productivity, Quality and Customer Service standards + Ensures the reliability, completeness, and accuracy of the CMMS (MAXIMO) Database. + Leads regularly scheduled meetings, including preparing concise, accurate documents to ensure project status is tracking as planned while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues + Identify impacted policies/procedures and updates required to support the future state processes. + Monitors and provides Work Order Status information to the Production Control Manager for reporting to higher management + Identify areas of system optimization to ensure continued alignment with strategic initiatives, process improvement considerations, and future growth + Creates an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation. + Lead and influence resources that impact success, including management of and delegating tasks to resolve issues to other teams/individuals when necessary + Issue / Status Tracking– Provides weekly updates and escalates critical issues to Manager in a timely manner + Will assume the roles and responsibilities of the Production Control Manager during his/her absence until their return. + Ensures employees are informed of, and use, safe work practices + Provide a safe work environment for employees, visitors and customers IAW Company and installation established Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) standards. + Performs other duties as assigned.
