Our client, an industry leader in woodworking and finishing, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Wood Working- Finishing and Production specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the craftsmanship and quality of wood products, supporting the production process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Title: Wood Working- Finishing and Production

Location: Springfield, MO

Pay Range:

Shift: 6am - 3:30pm, Monday through Saturday

What's the Job?

Working with hands to move molding through the paint machine Stacking and catching boards off the production line Assisting in the finishing process of wood products Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Supporting team efforts to meet production goals

What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year of casual labor or related experience Elementary education background Ability to work in a physically active environment Strong attention to detail and safety protocols Reliable and punctual work ethic
