Requirements:

Responsibilities Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance Create and maintain daily dock schedulesCommunicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and upating load statuses Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floorWork closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's ordersInteract with the customer to communicate order changes and updatesMaintain various Excel spreadsheets and reportsPerform other duties as required or assigned
