**Job Title: Wiring Technician** *All shifts available $23+ per hour (with shift differential)* **Job Description** The Line Wirer is responsible for assembling, wiring, and installing electrical components in panels, equipment, or production units according to schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to assemble control panels. + Perform point-to-point wiring and component installation, including circuit breakers, relays, power supplies, and PLCs. + Route and secure wiring neatly to ensure proper function and compliance with safety standards. + Conduct quality checks and functional testing of panels before final installation. + Troubleshoot and resolve wiring or component issues to ensure proper operation. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of experience in panel wiring, electrical assembly, or a related field. + Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings. + Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices for electrical work. + Knowledge of electrical codes, wiring standards, and safety procedures. + Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and efficiency. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of pressure testing procedures, leak detection methods, and chiller systems is a plus. + Experience with PLC wiring and troubleshooting preferred, but not required. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a competitive benefits package including paid vacation, 401(k), health, dental, vision, and life insurance, flexible spending benefits, and tuition reimbursement.
