About the Role:
Join our Team as a Wiring Technician and be part of a team that powers innovation. You’ll install, wire, and test control panels and systems in residential and commercial environments. This is a hands-on role where precision, safety, and quality are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and wire control panels, door devices, and in-home systems
Run new wiring through properties (drilling, routing, securing)
Read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics
Test systems using diagnostic tools to ensure full functionality
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Use measuring instruments and diagnostic tools
Set up and change over equipment as needed
Must-Have Skills:
Electrical wiring experience
Ability to work with 480 Volt 3 Phase systems
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Proficiency in reading wiring schematics and blueprints
Understanding of AC/DC circuitry and multi-meter functions
Experience assembling, testing, and troubleshooting units
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Electrical Technology
Experience in a production environment
Strong coordination and motor skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good attendance and punctuality
Self-directed with minimal supervision
