Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team as a Maintenance Engineer. This role involves working as an Industrial Electrical Assembler, performing electrical assembly and wiring/building of control panels and switchboards for switchgear equipment. The position offers competitive hourly rates and includes working on either the 1st shift (5:30am - 3:30pm) or 2nd shift (3:30pm - 1:30am) Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays.
ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical assembly and wiring for control panels and switchboards.Utilize schematics to wire panels and units.Bend and install conduit (Rigid & EMT).Lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.Work alongside mechanical assemblers to wire completed units.Essential SkillsExperience in Commercial or Industrial Electrical work.Proficiency in using schematics.Capability in conduit bending and installation.Experience with electrical tools and point-to-point wiring.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
As of 2024, the work will transition to a nearby, organized facility built in 2008, offering a well-lit and climate-controlled environment. Employees will work independently on various sections of builds in the historic Hoover Building in North Canton, featuring 200,000 sq ft of space. The work is mostly quiet and clean, with a laid-back atmosphere that does not involve micromanagement.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.50 - $25.00/hr.
