What You’ll Do As a Wire Technician, you will: Wire and lay out electrical components on inner pans and control panels Perform wiring inside control houses or on installed equipment Install components, process piping, and instrumentation Cut, strip, and terminate wires following industry standards Bend, thread, and install conduit Cut, ream, bend, and install tubing Hands-on training is provided, and you’ll work directly with leading products and software. What You Need Required Skills: Ability to read and interpret layout drawings, wiring schematics, and point‑to‑point wiring Recognition of electrical symbols and familiarity with NEC basics Strong mechanical aptitude Experience using basic hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 49 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures Comfort working in industrial environments Preferred Skills: Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment Entry‑level electrical knowledge and beginners’ assembly experience (Forklift experience NOT required.)
