Job Title: Wire Harness Technician
Job Description
Join a dynamic startup environment where you'll gain invaluable aerospace experience. As a Wire Harness Technician, you will contribute to an exciting mission involving on-orbit servicing and the rescue of the SWIFT telescope.
Responsibilities
Perform harnessing using 28awg or smaller wire.Maintain current IPC 620 certification, with a SPACE addendum being highly advantageous.Engage in a moderate amount of harnessing work, particularly within the past year.Conduct hand soldering of components such as solder cups, excluding PCB hand soldering.Essential Skills
Experience with wire harnessing, particularly for aerospace applications.Proficiency in hand soldering.Holding an IPC 620 certification, with allowances for a certification expired up to 6 months ago.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Aerospace industry experience.Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing environment where you'll be part of a team supporting the build of a robotic servicing spacecraft. The project has a tight timeline of 8 months to successfully complete the mission, offering a unique and challenging work experience.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Broomfield, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $45.00/hr.
