**Job Title:Wire Harness Technician** **Pay:$30–$37/hour** **About the Role:** We’re looking for a skilled Wire Harness Technician to join our team! In this hands-on role, you’ll work on assembling and repairing electrical and mechanical components with precision. You’ll follow engineering instructions and use safe practices to handle sensitive parts like PCBA. **What You’ll Do:** + Assemble and rework electrical/mechanical components + Handle PCBA using ESD-safe methods + Perform soldering, torqueing, and mechanical integration + Inspect surfaces and keep accurate records + Read and follow technical drawings and instructions + Support prototype builds and engineering updates **What You Bring:** + Strong skills in electrical and mechanical assembly + Experience with soldering and troubleshooting + Repair and maintenance **Preferred Certifications:** + IPC-A-620 (Cable & Wire Harness Assembly) + J-STD-001 (Soldering Standards) + Familiarity with NASA Workmanship Standards **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
