Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Wire Harness High Voltage Assembly Area professional to join their team. As a Wire Harness High Voltage Assembly Area specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting critical assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully with the organization.
**Job Title:** Wire Harness High Voltage Assembly Area
**Location:** WEST BURLINGT, IA
**Pay Range: $15**
**Shift:M-F 7am-3:30PM**
**What's the Job?**
+ Assemble high voltage wire harnesses according to specifications and quality standards.
+ Conduct thorough inspections of completed assemblies to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
+ Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity.
+ Document assembly processes and report any issues to management promptly.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience in electrical assembly or a related field.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
+ Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
+ Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
