**Job Title: Wire Cutter**
**Job Description**
This role involves working with coils and reels within a facility, specifically cutting wires to designated sizes. You must be able to pull the specific wire and cut it to the required amount, maneuvering reels weighing between 200 and 5,000 lbs around the facility. The reels are mounted on a circular apparatus, allowing them to roll easily throughout the premises. You will also handle large electrical wires and be trained to operate the coiler machine, which weighs and cuts the materials. This position is physically demanding and requires operation of stand-up forklifts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Cut wires to specific sizes, ensuring precision and accuracy.
+ Pull and maneuver wire reels weighing between 200 and 5,000 lbs within the facility.
+ Operate coiler machine to weigh and cut materials.
+ Handle large electrical wires safely and efficiently.
+ Learn to operate stand-up forklifts as part of your duties.
**Essential Skills**
+ Industry experience with electric wires, coils, and wire cutting.
+ Proficiency in warehouse work and inventory control.
+ Ability to manipulate wires and operate forklifts.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in warehousing and inventory control is required.
+ Willingness to learn wire cutting techniques.
+ Capability to work in various inclement conditions, which can be hot or cold.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a large distribution warehouse divided into three sections: receiving, shipping, and a wire cutting room. The facility operates Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm. You will work alongside approximately 30 other staff members, with forklifts and material handling equipment in constant operation.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Maryland.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
