We are seeking a curious and driven student to join the Immunology and Inflammation Research Therapeutic Area as a co-op. Working with our Type 2 Inflammation team, you’ll assist in exploring novel immune pathways and mechanisms relevant to chronic inflammatory diseases. This role is ideal for someone eager to contribute to early-stage drug discovery in a scientifically rigorous and supportive environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of experimental approaches using Sanofi’s state-of-the-art platforms. With guidance from experienced scientists, you will support the design and execution of in vitro assays and assist in data analysis to help identify and characterize new therapeutic targets. Ready to get started? **Main Responsibilities** + Contribute to hypothesis-driven research projects, with support from mentors and scientific staff + Perform cell-based and molecular assays to investigate immune pathways in mouse and human systems + Assist in the development and optimization of in vitro models and exploratory assays + Analyze experimental data and contribute to internal presentations and discussions + Collaborate across functions with other research teams and participate in lab meetings + Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records and adhere to all safety protocols **About You** **Basic Qualifications:** + Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Biology, Biotechnology, Immunology, or a related field for the term of the co-op (Winter/Fall term, Jan 2026 – May 2026) + **Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
