Ready to get started? **Main Responsibilities:** + Assist in the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve manufacturing processes. + Utilize Lean tools such as 5S, Capacity Management, and others to enhance operational efficiency. + Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support process improvement initiatives. + Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets and Power BI dashboards to track key performance indicators. + Leverage AI tools to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and process optimization. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives. + Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions. **What you will gain:** + Hands-on experience in a vaccine/biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility. + Work alongside experienced professionals in the field. + Opportunity to apply academic knowledge to real-world challenges. **About You** **Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
