NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking a Infrastructure Systems Administrator to join their team in Irving, Texas. NTT DATA's Client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our critical server infrastructure. This role requires a robust background in Windows Server administration, database server management, scripting, networking, and ServiceNow, with an emphasis on automation and modern DevOps practices. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain complex Windows Server environments, including security, patching, and performance optimization. Configure, maintain, and secure IIS web servers. Monitor and maintain OpenShift pods. Administer database servers (SQL Server, Oracle, Couchbase), including security management, performance monitoring, and disaster recovery. Manage incidents, change requests, and releases within ServiceNow. Oversee the lifecycle of SSL certificates (installation, renewal, revocation). Proactively monitor logs to troubleshoot issues and implement preventative measures. Diagnose and resolve complex network issues (load balancing, DNS, TCP/IP). Design and secure file shares and access permissions. Contribute to DevOps initiatives, including Git, CI/CD pipeline development, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Manage and maintain secure Connect: Direct (NDM) file transfer processes. Required Skills: Extensive (5+ years) Windows Server administration experience: Server Security, Group Policy, File Share Config, Log Analysis, Performance Tuning, PKI, IIS. Preferred Skills: Understanding of database administration concepts: Security, Performance Tuning, Backup/Recovery, Architecture. Experience in PowerShell scripting: Automating complex administrative tasks. In-depth networking knowledge: Load Balancing (e.g., F5), DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP. ServiceNow experience: Incident, Change, Problem, and Release Management. Experience in Solid CI/CD principles: Git/SCM, build, and deploy. Experience with containers and OpenShift. Experience with Connect:Direct (NDM) or similar secure file transfer solutions. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Ansible). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills. Superior communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
