As a Winder, you’ll operate specialized machinery to fabricate high-quality components used across aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors. The base salary for this position is $17.50/hr. or more depending on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will be based on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and company pay structure.
