Where You Will Work:

Aurora Health (now part of Advocate Health) WI Division Float Pool is a multi‑site resource team supporting Ambulatory care across the Wisconsin Division. Float RNs provide adaptable, high‑quality nursing care across multiple hospitals and units based on organizational need. Teammates must be flexible, skilled, and ready to deliver exceptional care in a wide variety of settings.

We’re Looking For:

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursingRegistered Nurse license issued by the state of practiceBasic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart AssociationACLSExperience: Minimum 1 year Ambulatory or ICU RN experience required; 2 years strongly preferred

What You’ll Do:

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process. Responsibilities include:

Providing safe, therapeutic, evidence‑based nursing care in alignment with established standards, policies, and proceduresDemonstrating adaptability by floating to multiple care environments within a designated Zone, integrating quickly into new departments, and collaborating with diverse teamsLeading efforts that support the safest patient environment and best possible patient experienceCoordinating care for diverse patient populations within various acute‑care, hospital outpatient departments and clinic settingsMaintaining the competency required to practice in all facilities within the designated zoneAmbulatory Float RNs support Day Surgeries, Pain Management, Surgery Center, GI Services, and possibly Wound Care
