Specific activities may change from time to time. + Support the execution of priority initiatives across Wholesale by contributing to detailed project plans, coordinating dependencies with cross‑functional partners, and assisting in governance routines (stand‑ups, milestones, risks/issues). Prepare synthesized updates and support escalation of key items to senior leaders. + Support cross‑functional initiatives from discovery through execution, including maintaining roadmaps, meeting cadences, governance practices, and assisting in preparing structured status reporting for senior stakeholders. + Build and maintain comprehensive project plans by coordinating across business, operations, risk, and technology partners to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, deliverables, and execution outcomes. + Prepare materials for weekly routines and special projects, including agendas, summaries, action items, and decision points. Track all actions to closure and maintain visibility into progress. + Apply early credit knowledge (e.g., credit training, rotational program exposure, underwriting support) to assist with initiatives or BAU tasks connected to credit processes, underwriting workflows, or risk‑related operational routines as needed. **QUALIFICATIONS** Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Strong academic credentials – college degree or equivalent education and related training or experience • 2-5 years of experience within consulting, business management, or financial services organization • Ability to present data and business considerations in a structured manner. • Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Demonstrated understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies. Preferred Qualifications: + Prior rotational program experience (e.g., Leadership Development Program, Analyst Program, Credit Training Program) with exposure to **credit underwriting, borrower/guarantor analysis, portfolio review, or credit risk concepts** + Early‑career experience supporting credit analysis or underwriting processes within commercial, wholesale, or corporate banking + Project Management or Business Analyst experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives and maintaining project documentation + Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to synthesize updates and identify issues + Ability to summarize complex information into concise, executive‑level messaging + Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence without direct authority + Knowledge of commercial, small business, or direct banking products and processes + MBA preferred **General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation:** All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
