As a Quality Control Associate within Loan Accounting, you will be part of a team responsible for supporting an evolving landscape of client expectation and product complexities. Wholesale Lending Services’ goal is to provide best in class products and services to our clients that are of the highest level of quality.  To meet these standards, as the QC Associate you will be responsible for the delivery of quality reviews on the system of record for new or existing credit facilities.  

Job Responsibilities

Evaluate, identify, and report any inconsistences between the supporting documentation relative to the proposal data entered in accordance with internal risk policiesEnsure organizational requests, queries, and issues sent to the team are actioned accurately and timelyManage and monitor production queues, exception reporting, and Key Performance IndicatorsEngage technology partners to help drive database functionality or stability improvementsCollaborate with Operations, Credit, and Controls in resolving items and preparing weekly ad hoc reports when requestedResearch, analyze and assimilate data as required for various projects

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Experience reading and interpreting loan documentation and/or working with credit products such as revolving lines of credit, term loans, commercial cards, and letters of creditDemonstrated decision-making skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to probe sensitive issues while maintaining the highest level of integrity and objectivityAbility to prioritize tasks and pivot in response to new developments

Bachelor’s Degree Intermediate use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access2+ years’ experience with loan accounting systems, such as LoanIQ
