Our company’s success is driven by our dynamic, highly skilled, and innovative management team, supported by dedicated employees who li ve in coastal  communities and contribute to the local area’s economy and sense of community.    The Role     Reporting to the Harvest Manager, the duties of this job require the supervision and use of harvest vessel equipment and an understanding of proper fish handling to successfully offload fish from the vessel to the tanker trucks without compromising quality. Wharf crew lead hand is also responsible for supervising minor maintenance, preventative maintenance, and cleaning of harvest equipment as required. This is a hands-on position and requires working with and supervising all aspects of the offloading operation. This is a week on/week off position; work schedule may vary depending on the arrival of the Harvest Vessel A successful candidates will possess the following qualifications: + Must hold, or be willing to obtain, confined space training upon hire + A willingness to work flexible hours is a requirement of this position + Must hold or be willing to obtain forklift certification Preference will be given to applicants with supervisory experience.
