**Wet Cast Production Team Member** **Job Description** The Production Team Member is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing precast beams and columns, wall panels, solid slabs, and hollow core products. This role involves interpreting blueprints as a guide to measure, mark, and construct structural components, while adhering to company safety, quality, and productivity standards. **Responsibilities** + Manufacture precast beams, columns, wall panels, solid slabs, and hollow core products. + Interpret and follow blueprints to accurately measure, mark, and build structural components. + Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity guidelines. + Utilize forklifts and other equipment as necessary. + Perform tasks that involve repetitive bending and manual labor. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of general labor experience. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Proficiency in basic math. + Ability to read blueprints. + Ability to bend repetitively. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be over 18 years old. + High school diploma or equivalent. + 1+ years of experience in the construction field. + 1+ years of experience in the concrete field. + Possess a team-centered attitude. + Eagerness to learn and grow. + Attitude is prioritized over experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a union company with excellent benefits. Please note that union dues will apply after 60 days. **Work Environment** Work schedule: Monday-Friday, with shifts from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM, and 12:00 AM – 8-10 AM. Some Saturdays required. The work environment can be very hot or cold depending on the weather, with tasks performed both indoors and outdoors. The facility includes large buildings and equipment, which may be overwhelming for some. Steel-toed boots are required, and the company provides safety glasses and hard hats. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $23.23/hr.
