We are looking for a motivated **Working Student** to support our **Project Management team** , with a focus on **product launches** and **SAP data maintenance activities** . This role offers hands-on experience in cross-functional projects and operational processes within a dynamic, international environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking **product launch projects** + Assist with preparation and maintenance of **project documentation** , timelines, and status reports + Support **SAP master data maintenance** , including data creation, updates, and quality checks + Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, IT) + Help monitor project milestones, risks, and action items + Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes + Support continuous improvement of project management and data processes **Requirements** + Currently enrolled as a **university student** (e.g. Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field) + Interest in **project management** , product launches, and business processes + Basic understanding of **SAP** or strong willingness to learn + Very good **English skills** (written and spoken); German or other languages are a plus + Confident use of **MS Office** (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style + Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team Start: 01.04.2026 Duration: 12 Months Working hours: approx. 20 hours per week Location: Bad Homburg (in agreement mobile/ hybrid working possible) **In addition to your CV, please upload your certificate of enrollment and a cover letter.** **If you declare a severe disability, please submit corresponding proof with your application.**
