Job Title: Welding Supervisor

Shift/Pay:

1st Shift Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm

*$70,000-$90,000*

Responsibilities

·Supervise a team of 30-35 welders, prototype mechanics, and utility workers.

·Hire and train new employees.

·Perform welding tasks when not engaged in training activities.

·Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.

·Read and interpret blueprints for welding projects.

Qualifications/Skills

·TIG welding

·MIG welding

·Experience with aluminum and steel

·Blueprint reading

·AWS Certification

·Supervisory skills

·Proficiency in Excel

·Knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 standards

·3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
