Welding Foreman
**Job Title: Welder Foreman** **Job Description** The Welder Foreman is responsible for overseeing welders both at the headquarters and onsite at various manufacturing facilities. This role involves establishing plans and executing projects efficiently. The company is contracted to handle the breakdown, transport, and installation of equipment when a distribution center or manufacturing plant relocates. **Responsibilities** + Lead a team of welders in various facilities. + Establish and execute project plans effectively. + Coordinate the breakdown, transport, and installation of equipment. + Ensure proper tooling and safety protocols are followed. + Set up the team for daily operations. **Essential Skills** + Leadership experience managing 4 or more people for over 3 years. + 3 years of experience in metal fabrication and welding. + Proficiency in welding techniques such as Mig, Stick, Tig, and Flux core. + Strong understanding of rigging, material handling, and structural steel. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with stainless steel and production welding. + Strong organizational skills for handling billing and material ordering. + Capability to manage safety protocols and tool management. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including a robust 401(k) plan with a company match, a strong bonus program based on company performance, and a family-oriented work culture.
