🧰What You’ll Be Doing:

Perform MIG welding on mild steel and aluminum components.Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.Set up and operate welding equipment with precision and safety.Inspect welds for quality, strength, and appearance—because sloppy isn’t in your vocabulary.Collaborate with fabricators, machinists, and supervisors to meet production goals.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

🛠️What You Bring:

1–3+ years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.Familiarity with grinders, saws, and other metalworking tools.Welding certification is a plus—but if you’ve got the skills, we want to see them.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
