**Currently hiring Welder's in the McConnellsburg, PA area!** **Shifts Available:** + 2nd shift 3pm-11pm + 3rd shift 11pm-7am **Pay Rate:** + $22.75-$26.40 (This includes the $1.75 shift differential) **This is a direct hire role!** **Job Description** This position involves operating overhead cranes safely, adjusting weld configurations, and using hand tools, torches, or welding equipment to heat and form metal parts. Welders will work in flat, vertical, or overhead positions, accurately operate and read measuring devices, assemble and weld various metal parts, and properly position materials or parts to be welded. **Responsibilities** + Pass a weld test and meet all requirements. + Operate overhead cranes safely. + Adjust weld configurations as needed. + Heat and form metal parts using hand tools, torches, or welding equipment. + Weld in flat, vertical, or overhead positions. + Properly position materials or parts for welding. **Essential Skills** + Experience with MIG, TIG, or stick welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + 6+ months of welding experience through education or work. **Why Work Here?** Our employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and are eligible for a **$1,500 sign-on bonus,** payable in increments at 3, 6, and 12 months of employment.
