Job Title: WelderJob Description

Responsible for laying out, fitting, fabricating, and wire feed (MIG) welding of standard aluminum or steel components to assemble structural forms. Perform setup, fit, fabricate, and wire feed operations primarily in Building 3, focusing on the assembly of larger trailers. Collaborate with a small, consistent team to complete 1-3 trailers per day. Additional duties may involve working independently in Building 2 on custom trailer parts or operating machinery and assembly in Buildings 1 and 4.

Work Environment

Work is conducted in shed-like buildings which are not climate-controlled. The environment is clean and organized, supporting a productive work atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
