Join a reputable, family-owned company that has been producing custom electrical enclosure solutions for over 50 years. As a Welder Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting production processes by assisting with polishing, grinding, and deburring finished products. You will also aid in welding stainless steel, cold rolled steel, and possibly aluminum using Mig/Tig techniques.

ResponsibilitiesPolish, grind, and deburr finished products.Assist with welding stainless steel, cold rolled steel, and potentially aluminum using Mig/Tig techniques.Support the production team with general labor tasks as needed.Essential SkillsExperience with production, general labor, and welding.Proficiency in Mig/Tig welding and fabrication.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with polishing, grinding, and deburring.Knowledge of general production processes.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work is conducted in a non-climate controlled environment during the 1st shift, from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Garland, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
