**Tig Welder $23 - $24 1st shift** Job Description Join a reputable, independent Texas-based company with over 50 years of experience in producing custom electrical enclosure solutions. As a welder helper, you will contribute to high-quality production processes and gain valuable skills in a supportive and family-owned business environment. Responsibilities + Assist with welding stainless steel, cold rolled, and possibly aluminum using MIG and TIG techniques. + Polish, grind, and deburr finished products to ensure high-quality standards. + Use blueprints, hand tools, and power tools effectively in the production process. Essential Skills + Experience in MIG and TIG welding. + Ability to polish, grind, and deburr materials. + Proficiency with blueprints, hand tools, and power tools. Work Environment Work in a non-climate-controlled environment during the 1st shift from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime offered. Why Work Here?
