Job Title: Welder Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Welder Foreman with a experience in MIG welding, blueprint reading, and foreman experience. This role involves overseeing daily operations in a manufacturing facility, ensuring production requirements are met, and assisting in various aspects of the production process.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing a work schedule for the workers based on production requirements.Act as a liaison between the workers and the supervisor.Assist in maintenance tasks.Collaborate with the supervisor on training new employees throughout the operation.Work with all welders and newly hired welders on welding techniques, and help non-certified welders become certified.Collaborate with the Quality Control Manager to maintain overall quality throughout the plant.Aid in developing and improving production standards for the shop floor through better techniques and equipment.Work with the management team to establish annual budgets for operational improvements.Essential Skills2+ years of MIG welding experience.2+ years of blueprint reading experience.2+ years of foreman experience.Experience in flat and horizontal MIG welding.Robotic welding experience.Ability to operate grinders, cranes, and forklifts.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Our manufacturing environment can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. We foster a laid-back atmosphere with minimal micromanagement and low attrition. Our shifts run from 6 AM to 3 PM, with overtime offered. We are committed to providing a stable and positive workplace.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr.
