OverviewWe’re hiring skilled Structural Welders and Fitters to support the production of large steel poles used in street lighting and traffic‑control applications. This role involves handling heavy materials and working on sizable structural assemblies, so prior industrial experience is essential.
What You’ll DoPerform metalcore and flux‑core welding on large componentsFit, align, and assemble structural pieces to meet project specificationsRead and interpret blueprints with precisionComplete all pre‑employment welding and fitting testsMaintain a safe work environment and follow all safety proceduresWhat We’re Looking ForAt least 2 years of heavy industrial welding/fitting experienceStrong proficiency with metalcore and flux‑core processesAbility to confidently read and work from blueprintsMust pass all required welding and fitting assessmentsCompensation & BenefitsPay: $25 for day shift and $28/hr for night shiftPaid holidaysBoot allowanceSteady overtime opportunitiesJoin a reliable, safety‑focused company with long‑term stabilitySchedule & OpeningsNight Shift (10 openings)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.50 - $28.25/hr.
