**Job Title: Welder/Fitter**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Welder/Fitter where you will be responsible for MIG welding large metal structures for robotics machines and performing fittings. This role requires mechanical skills to ensure that welds meet specifications and are presentable for customers.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG and TIG welding on large metal structures according to specifications.
+ Conduct fittings for robotics machines, requiring mechanical skills.
+ Ensure welds are presentable and meet customer standards.
+ Utilize power tools, tape measures, and hand tools effectively.
+ Maintain safety standards while working with welding and fitting tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
+ Mechanical aptitude and assembly skills.
+ Experience using hand tools and power tools.
+ Ability to measure accurately with tape measures.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs.
+ Experience with mechanical assembly.
+ Understanding of safety protocols.
+ Bring own tools including standard and metric sockets, ballpin and deadblow hammers, flathead and Phillips screwdrivers.

**Work Environment**
Work in a non-climate-controlled environment, very mild, with shifts from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Maryland Heights, Missouri.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
