**Job Title: Welder/Fitter** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Welder/Fitter professionals to join our team in Clackamas. Our shop supports the concrete industry by building steel forms that concrete will be poured into for utility and structural projects like pillars and walkways. These forms can vary in size and may be quite large, requiring our fitters to fit and weld quickly and accurately. **Responsibilities** + Fit and weld steel forms accurately and efficiently. + Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication tasks. + Utilize .035/.045 hardwire and fluxcore welding techniques on mild steel. + Ensure all layouts and fittings meet quality standards. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in Dual Shield and MIG welding. + Proven ability in layout and fitting tasks. + Strong skills in blueprint reading and fabrication. + Proficiency in flux core and MIG welding techniques. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in structural fabrication. + Ability to work with various sizes of steel forms. **Work Environment** Work in a very clean and organized job shop environment.
