**Job Title: Welder/Fitter** Job Description We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our team in Clackamas. Our company supports the concrete industry by building steel forms for utility and structural projects, such as pillars and walkways. These forms can vary in size and require a high level of precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be adept at fitting and welding accurately and swiftly. Responsibilities + Fit and weld steel forms accurately and quickly. + Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication. + Utilize .035/.045 hardwire and fluxcore on mild steel. + Perform structural welding and fabrication tasks. Essential Skills + Proficiency in fabrication and welding. + Experience with Flux Core and MIG welding techniques. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + 5+ years of experience in Dual Shield and MIG welding, layout, and fitting. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous experience with print reading and fabricating. + Strong understanding of structural fabrication processes. Why Work Here?
