Job Description
We are seeking experienced Welder/Fitter Fabricators to join our dynamic team. Our company specializes in supporting the concrete industry by building steel forms that concrete will be poured into for utility and structural projects such as pillars and walkways. The forms can vary in size and require precision and skill to ensure they are built accurately and efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesFit and weld steel forms accurately and efficiently.Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate structures using .035/.045 hardwire and flux core on mild steel.Perform Dual Shield and MIG welding, as well as layout and fitting tasks.Ensure high standards of quality in all welding and fabricating tasks.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in Dual Shield and MIG welding, layout, and fitting.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.Strong fabrication skills with a focus on structural and flux core welding.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a job shop environment is a plus.Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with team members.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
