**Job Title: Welder Fitter - $23.04 - 3rd Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Welder Fitter to join our team in Canton, OH. This position operates on the 3rd shift (Monday to Thursday, 6:30 pm - 5:00 am) and offers competitive hourly wages. The Welder Fitter will perform welding using primarily MIG techniques on structural steel, fit and construct parts and frames, and read blueprints and weld prints. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding on structural steel to touch up welds + Fit and construct parts and frames + Read and interpret blueprints and weld prints + Utilize measurement, hand, and power tools + Operate shop machines as needed **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in MIG welding + 2+ years of experience in fitting + Proficiency in blueprint reading + Knowledge of hand, measurement, and power tools **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with TIG welding + Experience in stainless steel or sheet metal welding **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a very clean, safe, and climate-controlled environment.
