About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team in building high-quality, custom signage. You’ll work on a variety of projects including channel letters, monument signs, pylons, and illuminated signs. This role includes both shop work and occasional field installations.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperate fabrication equipment: routers, saws, brakes, etc.Cut, bend, weld, and assemble metal and plastic componentsInstall LED lighting and basic electrical systemsRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsPerform finishing work: grinding, painting, laminating, vinyl applicationWork with materials like aluminum, steel, acrylic, and composite panelsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of fabrication or welding experience (signage experience preferred)Skilled in MIG/TIG welding and metalworkingFamiliar with a wide range of materials and fabrication techniquesAble to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environmentComfortable working independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of UL standards for illuminated signs is a plusWhy Join UsClean, well-lit shop environmentSupportive, collaborative teamOpportunities for cross-training and skill developmentWork on unique, custom projects that make an impact
