Job Summary
The Welder fabricates and assembles metal components using MIG, TIG, and other welding methods. This role requires producing strong, accurate welds, reading blueprints, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform welding and fabrication using MIG, TIG, and related techniques

Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings

Prepare materials and ensure clean, precise welds

Operate welding machines, tools, and measuring equipment

Inspect welds for quality and safety compliance

Maintain equipment and follow all safety procedures

Support team production goals and assist with general fabrication tasks

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred

Welding experience in manufacturing or production

Ability to read blueprints and use welding tools and measuring instruments

Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
