This role requires producing strong, accurate welds, reading blueprints, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform welding and fabrication using MIG, TIG, and related techniques + Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings + Prepare materials and ensure clean, precise welds + Operate welding machines, tools, and measuring equipment + Inspect welds for quality and safety compliance + Maintain equipment and follow all safety procedures + Support team production goals and assist with general fabrication tasks **Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred + Welding experience in manufacturing or production + Ability to read blueprints and use welding tools and measuring instruments + Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods + Commitment to safety practices and procedures ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
