Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking a dedicated Welder - Fabricator to join their team. As a Welder - Fabricator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder - Fabricator

Location: Anniston, AL

Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

What's the Job?

Perform MIG welding on various materials using 0.35/0.45 wire. Read and interpret blueprints and drawings accurately. Use a tape measure to ensure precise measurements. Operate overhead cranes to move materials safely and efficiently. Participate in weld tests at the Gadsden, AL location, including fillet weld (T-joint) tests.

What's Needed?

Proven welding skills with 4+ years of experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Comfortable working with overhead cranes and measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and safety protocols. Willingness to work overtime, including some Sundays, during peak periods.
