**Job Title: Welder/Fabricator: $21 - $24** Job Description We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Nampa. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in sheet metal fabrication to contribute to our dynamic shop environment. The ideal candidate will have over three years of demonstrated experience in this field, and while a 3G Welding Certificate is preferred, it is not mandatory. Responsibilities + Perform sheet metal fabrication tasks with precision and efficiency. + Utilize welding skills, including MIG welding and flux core techniques, to complete projects. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication. + Operate fabrication equipment such as press brakes. + Maintain high standards of safety and quality in all work performed. Essential Skills + 3+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication. + Proficiency in blueprint reading. + MIG welding skills. + Familiarity with fabrication techniques and equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 3G Welding Certificate is preferred. + Experience in grinding and metal cutting. Why Work Here?
