**Job Title: Welder/Fabricator** **Job Description** This role involves performing MIG welding on structural steel according to blueprint specifications. The candidate will be responsible for measuring and cutting materials using a saw when necessary and will operate an overhead crane to transport materials to their welding stations. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding on structural steel as per blueprint specifications. + Measure and cut materials using a saw. + Operate an overhead crane to move materials to welding stations. + Ensure all tasks adhere to safety guidelines. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with structural fabrication. + Familiarity with operating saws and brake presses. + Comfortable using a tape measure. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + At least 1 year of welding experience, either on the job or through a technical degree. + Minimum of 1 year experience in reading blueprints, work orders, or written instructions. + Experience in a collaborative and safety-oriented environment. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company that offers excellent pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.
