**Job Title: TIG Welder** **Job Description** The TIG Welder will be responsible for welding using TIG or heliarc techniques on thin stainless steel. This role involves producing custom, short-run, prototype equipment for the food industry, emphasizing precision and quality. **Responsibilities** + Perform TIG and heliarc welding on thin stainless steel. + Produce custom, short-run, prototype equipment for the food industry. + Utilize various welding techniques such as MIG Welding and Wire Feed. + Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T standards. + Conduct intricate welding processes, both hand and machine, to develop complex fabrications. + Perform fixturing and set-up as required. + Use a variety of hand tools and measuring instruments effectively. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 7+ years of welding experience. + Strong math skills. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. + Welder qualifications per ASME Section IX and/or AWS D1.1 for GTAW, FCAW, and GMAW in various positions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work on intricate welding processes to closely prescribed standards. + Experience in operating welding equipment and machine settings for various welding processes. **Why Work Here?** Join a team where you can continue learning and developing your skills in a custom shop.
