We’re seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our team and help build structural steel components for the construction industry. Most of the work involves welding, fabricating, and fitting I‑beams and other structural pieces in a shop environment.
What You’ll Do
Weld and fabricate structural steel parts, mainly I‑beamsRead and follow blueprints to ensure accurate layout and assemblyPerform flux‑core (FCAW) weldingFit, assemble, and tack‑weld components according to project specificationsEssential Skills
Previous experience as a fitter or welder in construction or steel fabricationHands‑on experience with flux‑core welding (FCAW)Ability to read and interpret blueprintsExperience fitting and working with structural steelFamiliarity with assembly and tack‑welding processesWhy You’ll Like Working Here

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
