Compensation: $26/hour + $150 Per Diem per day

Schedule: 10–15 hours of overtime weekly

Night Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday–Thursday (OT available Friday/Saturday)Day Shift: 6am-4:30pm, Monday–Thursday (OT available Friday/Saturday)Company Overview:

Essential Skills & Qualifications:3–5+ years experience in structural welding and fittingProficiency in both flux core and pulse welding techniques (required)Strong blueprint and welding symbol interpretation skillsAbility to convert fractions to decimals accurately down to 1/16\" and 1/32\"Prior experience working in shipyards or on NAVSEA defense-related projectsFamiliarity with NAVSEA standards and welding codes is strongly preferredAssessment & Testing Requirements:

3G Flux Core Weld Test3G Pulse Weld TestBlueprint Reading AssessmenPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
