Welder and Fitter
Compensation: $25–$40 per hour, DOE

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Welder and Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the fabrication of architectural and structural steel and be able to interpret and work from detailed shop drawings. This role requires a strong understanding of welding techniques, safety protocols, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate architectural and structural steel components according to detailed shop drawingsPerform 3G flux core welding with proficiencyWork with .052 and 1/16” wireOperate overhead cranes safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsRequired Qualifications:
Current WABO certificationProficiency in 3G flux core weldingExperience with .052 and 1/16” wirePrior experience in steel fabrication, manufacturing, or related fieldsAbility to read and interpret detailed shop drawingsFamiliarity with welding tools and proceduresComfortable working with overhead cranesCapable of handling physical workloads in a fast-paced environmentTop Skills:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
