**Description**
The Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to specifications. This role requires a high level of precision and attention to detail to ensure the quality and integrity of the final product. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques and a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements.
Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG, Flux Core, Torches, Grinders, ARC Gougers.
Fabricate metal components using cutting, bending, and shaping techniques.
Perform welding operations to join metal parts, ensuring strong and durable welds.
Inspect completed welds and fabricated parts for accuracy and quality.

5-10 years of experience reading blue prints and weld symbols
3-6 years of experience welding on structural steel or carbon steel
3-6 years performing hardwire welding
**Experience Level**

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
